Hi, I’m Leslie

I’m a Certified EOS Implementer with over two decades of experience in helping entrepreneurs regain control of their businesses. I specialize in working with digital/creative agencies, as well as neurodivergent and underrepresented founders. My mission is to empower leaders to achieve their vision, gain traction, and build healthy, thriving teams by fostering deep connections, living justly, and growing intentionally.

And we will make sure you are personally prepared for what's next financially and at a heart level through our CEPA partner network.
